About This Beach

Montones is one of Isabela’s most family‑friendly beaches, famous for its large natural tide pool created by protective rock formations. The shallow, calm waters make it especially safe for toddlers and young children, while the west side offers deeper spots for swimming and snorkeling. During weekdays outside of summer, it’s often quiet and mostly visited by locals, while weekends bring more families. Scenic, tranquil, and still somewhat under the radar.
